AAPL Financial: Another Excellent Year for Apple

It's going to be a very happy holiday season for Apple -- overall Mac sales in the United States were up 21 percent year over year in October and November, according to the NPD Group. Another analysis firm, Gartner, projects that smartphone sales will increase over the next few years, with software, services and content being much bigger drivers.
