User Ratings and Reviews

3 Stars motorola cells
Qlic phone the most of the pages requier flash player this phone doesn’t have any access for big formats than all videos in youtube special HD videos stop every 10_12 secons. Battery so bad I have to keep connected with the charger all the time.

4 Stars Not the best, but getting there
The keyboard is a lot smaller and more cramped compared to a G1. Motoblur is useful unless you have thousands of Twitter and Facebook friends, then it’s a drain on the battery and your patience. Had a few random restarts and freezing, but as far as Android phones are, this one is pretty decent. But outdated already.

2 Stars Had to return it
I didn’t have such a great experience with this phone in just one week I had already experienced enough problems with it to make me want to return it. The first problem was dropped calls, I spent more time redialing numbers, then having an actual conversation. Second, was the poor battery life, I would charge this phone during the night and by the time it reached noon, the battery was more than halfway drained. The last straw was when I noticed the back light on the physical keyboard stopped working all of a sudden. I googled a solution for the back light problem, and apparently lot of others had the same issue, and the only solution was to exchange or return the phone. In fear that I would get another lemon I ended up exchanging it for a completely different phone. Now I’m not gonna say that everything on this phone sucked because it didn’t. I did really enjoy the web browsing experience, and the app store which contained lots of free apps. I also like the customizable home screen, and all the different little widgets you can add to it. The touchscreen was okay even though sometimes it was a hassle to scroll with it, and sometimes the end call button was unresponsive, and the touch keyboard was just impossible to type with. As for the Motoblur feature I guess its pretty convenient for those who like to keep updating their social networking accounts without having to go into the app itself to do so, it is a little annoying, but you can remove that widget off your screen, if you feel its too much. I personally didn’t care much for it. I liked the physical keyboard and the fact it was pretty spacious, I was texting super fast with it. I also like the slider build it was really nice and firm and non-wobbly, making it a sturdy phone. If the backlight problem hadn’t occurred most likely I would’ve kept this phone.

4 Stars My First Smartphone
I’m new to smartphones, so I don’t have anything to which to compare the Moto Cliq, but so far, I’m really enjoying it. I was about to get the iPhone until I checked this one out further; it’s the slide out keyboard *combined* with touchscreen capability that I wanted more than anything. It took a while to set up and learn basic functionality, and I’ve called and hung up on a few people by accident. Other reviewers are not exaggerating about battery drain, but if you’re used to charging your phone daily, then it’s no big deal. Otherwise, it’s been a joy to use and I’m surprised how much it has enhanced my life in terms of syncing to my google calendar, personal email, social networks. Also works great as an mp3 player, which was an unexpected bonus, especially in the car because when a call comes in, the phone automatically switches to speaker mode and I can talk hands free. T-Mobile support has been surprisingly good in providing expertise on functionality.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Not the best, but getting there
The keyboard is a lot smaller and more cramped compared to a G1. Motoblur is useful unless you have thousands of Twitter and Facebook friends, then it’s a drain on the battery and your patience. Had a few random restarts and freezing, but as far as Android phones are, this one is pretty decent. But outdated already.

5 Stars Tastefully Updated Adroid
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R320GGVJTTPSRY Just my little take on the Cliq. I think it’s a great device and is a better contendor in the behold 2 vs motorola cliq fight.

3 Stars motorola cells
Qlic phone the most of the pages requier flash player this phone doesn’t have any access for big formats than all videos in youtube special HD videos stop every 10_12 secons. Battery so bad I have to keep connected with the charger all the time.

5 Stars Just Amazing!
ok i never write reviews for ANYTHING! I got this phone 2 weeks ago and it is just amazing. I am so happy I decided to post a review. I had the Iphone and I hated not havin a keyboard. It’s so hard to type on the screen depending on the size of your fingers. This phone has aol messenger, yahoo messenger & MSN msgr. It has a touch screen yet it still has a keyboard to use. You can use the screen keyboard or the sliding keyboard. You can get entertainment news, surf the web, google maps, email EVERYTHING !!!!!!! I truly love this phone. Best one i’ve had (and i’ve had a few)

2 Stars Don’t purchase CLIQ unless it has Android 2.0
The phone has great features to offer but with that, comes many restrictions as well. Comes installed with version Android 1.5 (outdated since this phone is launched) software from Motorolla and T-Mobile have yet to update the software to 2.0, which by the way has been out for a while at this point. You will find that you can’t view or update your Adobe Flash player, so that will limit your web interactive features that many sites use today.

Right out of the box, many user have experienced Bluetooth compatibility issues from the go, due to some software problems released with 1.5 and was poor Q.C. from many aspects.

You can’t delete pre-installed software such as IMEEM mobile, which was bought out and is no longer in service.

Had a few random restarts and freezing, but as far as Android phones are, this one is pretty decent. But outdated already.

5 Stars Tastefully Updated Adroid
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R320GGVJTTPSRY Just my little take on the Cliq. I think it’s a great device and is a better contendor in the behold 2 vs motorola cliq fight.
