Skype For Your iPhone Over 3G Network

I thought Skype or any other type of VoIP over the 3G network was a forbidden thing. I just found this clip on youtube from last week when David Ponsford from Skype explained what’s in the pipeline for Skype for iPhone:

If rumors are to be believed, Apple Inc may come up with a 4G version of its iPhone in May this year. The move may offer competition to Google's Nexus One phone, as it will be launching the Nexus One Android, a smartphone, in May.
